Super Laurie- The heroic star of this comic. Although she is clueless at times, she is a brave and witty hero, ready to save the world from common criminals and people who do not wear deodorant.

Super Sheester Stacey- Sheester means 'sister' in Super Laurie lingo. Stacey and Laurie are indeed sisters, a super duo! Stacey is a fierce hero and is often seen rescuing her own sister.

Super Swiss Cheese Man- This hero is best known for negotiating a peace treaty between Switzerland and Wisconsin during a cheese crisis. He is quiet, serious, and easily annoyed.

Super Pig- This is one cool pig who has a dream to fly. The day he flies is the day the entire world is saved. Pssh, right! When pigs fly!

Secret Agent 0008- That is, 'Triple-O Eight'. Every super crew needs an agent with nifty gadgets to spy and act stealth-like. 0008 wields a powerful water pistol and works hard to prevent Super Laurie from blowing his cover.

Goober John- Super Laurie's arch enemy. Desperately desiring to be the center of the universe, Goober John plots to destroy Super Laurie to carry out his masterful plan. What a goober!

Anti Pink Man- With a life-long quest to rid the world of the color he loathes the most, pink, Anti-Pink Man uses his super kung-fu moves to ward off villains and fluffy pink things. Watch out Super Pig! A swift karate chop from this guy and anything pink will turn a manly color. Aside from being a hero, Anti-Pink man is also the object of Super Laurie's affection. She swoons in his presence while he remains blissfully unaware. Ah love.

Crazy Toothbrush Man- Crazy Toothbrush Man is perhaps the most unusual villain... ever! This hygienic character schemes to become a world power by tricking people into brushing their teeth 23 hours a day. Unable to succeed so far, Crazy Toothbrush Man leaves people pondering how he can walk without legs and questioning, does a toothbrush use a toothbrush to make his teeth so sparkly white?
